KING OYSTER

The king oyster mushroom is gaining in popularity. This cultivated gem has a thick stem and is very tender, unlike the regular oyster the king oyster can be cooked and the entire mushroom can be eaten. The king oyster needs to be cooked slightly longer than the regular oyster, and goes great with Italian and stir-fry dishes.
