I make a broth with one mushroom each day. Add ponzu sauce and soy sauce. So good.

And there's plenty of them in the bag. Lots of places ship one or two at time and charge the same as Forest. Pleased with the mushrooms. The box was crushed, but the mushrooms were safe and sound inside. Hefty plastic bag.

Every mushroom order, including all types of mushrooms, have always been of the highest quality. Because having dried mushrooms is so convenient, and because these mushrooms are always soooooo good, I have them at least four times a week. I've begun using shiitake in basmati rice, oyster and crimini cooked with lentils, shiitake reconstituted and then stir fried with asparagras.

I’ve purchased these mushrooms a few times and have been satisfied each time. In fact, I no longer purchase mushrooms from the regular store. I rehydrate a small amount and make gravies, add to soup or pasta dishes, so many things. I also use the water I hydrate them in as a broth. The flavor is consistently amazing. My favorite ever.
