I purchased several 1lb bags of dried Shiitake mushrooms and one 8oz bag of dried Woodear mushrooms from Forest Mushrooms Inc. The products arrived in a timely manner, and were sealed in thick resealable plastic bags. The products were in great condition and free from debris. I make a broth with one mushroom each day. Add ponzu sauce and soy sauce. So good.

And there's plenty of them in the bag. Lots of places ship one or two at time and charge the same as Forest. Pleased with the mushrooms. The box was crushed, but the mushrooms were safe and sound inside. Hefty plastic bag.

Every mushroom order, including all types of mushrooms, have always been of the highest quality. Because having dried mushrooms is so convenient, and because these mushrooms are always soooooo good, I have them at least four times a week. I've begun using shiitake in basmati rice, oyster and crimini cooked with lentils, shiitake reconstituted and then stir fried with asparagras.
