Just had the opportunity to try out my most recent order of your Dried USA Gold Chanterelles as the primary topping on a new Focaccia recipe. They were even more flavorful then the last lots that I have used on pinsas, pizzas and in pastas. Depending on how you sauté them after reconstituting, they can impart a light fruity flavor or something deep and nutty and they pair so well with San Marzano tomatoes. I think the more I use them the better I get at using them.
Cooking with your Chanterelles and Porcinis expand new flavor options to many of my standard dishes. Your Chanterelles have a consistent flavor ,texture and appearance so trying new riffs on old standbys is controllable and a fun experience.

I have ordered dried Shiitake/Reishi Mushrooms from Forest Mushroom for about 2 years now, and I haven't experienced any order problems, except once. The issue was resolved quickly and politely, with no problems. What impressed me most is that each package weighs a little more than what the label shows, not less. Thank you for doing business with integrity! I would highly recommend Forest Mushroom products to others.

Excellent quality lions mane exactly what I was looking for 👍🙏

Nice quality and very tasty

This is my third order of your dried organic USA-grown shiitake mushrooms. They are so delicious I could eat them every day! I always cook them before eating, as is recommended for all shiitake. They are a treasure, adding volumes of flavor and texture to my meals. Thank you for making them available to me!

Beautiful artwork

I am so amazed that I can get large quantities of maitake, this is a dream come true.

Add to coffee to start my day! Love this high quality, organic mushroom powder.

I love the mixture they created interest and an amazing depth of flavor in my mushroom frittata. It was so convenient to have mushrooms without worrying about them going bad before use.

Very high quality shiitake mushrooms. I'll buy them again.

Loved all if it and the fast delivery

I purchased several 1lb bags of dried Shiitake mushrooms and one 8oz bag of dried Woodear mushrooms from Forest Mushrooms Inc. The products arrived in a timely manner, and were sealed in thick resealable plastic bags. The products were in great condition and free from debris. I highly recommend Forest Mushrooms Inc. for their mushrooms and fungi products. I know I will be buying more items from them in the future.

I love the benefits of Tremella mushroom, and this extract is part of my health/beauty wellness. Mild taste and mixes easily in hot liquid. Thank you for providing this organic, and with the complete product description and specification page!

Nice big pieces. I use maitaki and shitaki all the time. Will be ordering again
