I add them to my daily chia/flax and other heath component's and then grind and sprinkle on my meals

Still experimenting but promising

Received my order promptly. A little disappointed there are no recipes or advice on preparation or usage. So I am experimenting with quantities, spices, brew times.
I am seeing fantastic results though. Joint pain drops to zero. Something a very expensive prescription has never done for me.

I love this product I just wish my coffee grinder could handle this to make a powder but I've been boiling it and it's been just fine.
