Am very happy with our purchase, although it would be nice for each package to have rehydrating instructions and maybe some recipe suggestions.

Great medicinal mushrooms

I have been using Agaricus Blazei since 10/22 when my integrative oncologist recommended them for fighting my breast cancer. I cook a batch each week in my instant pot with carrots, onions, garlic, bone broth, rosemary, salt, pepper & tumeric. I blend it and strain through a colander. I drink it every day. So far so good. My vitamin D level has shot up and I have not been sick in over a year. I really believe they are a miracle mushrooms and will continue to buy them.

The Almond Mushrooms are a treat, From stem to cap. Butter, garlic at a low heat, works well. A first for me, well worth it. I've bee mushrooming since the early 50's. Most enjoyable.
