Far superior to buying elsewhere

The organic ground porcini mushroom from Forest Mushrooms was far better than any we’ve purchased at Amazon and Whole Foods. The flavor was smooth without the gamey-barnyard funk of the dried porcini mushrooms purchased elsewhere. What that means was an elevated flavor which complements the dish instead of overwhelming. Had it on tonight’s Christmas porcini crusted tenderloin roast with browned butter ponzu sauce - an expensive dish to prepare but with Forest Mushrooms’ help a hit for the family and guests. Thank you FM, you are now my go-to mushroom supplier!

This powder elevated a mushroom pasta dish I made and it was delish. Can't wait for a pot of mushroom soup. Oh the things this will do.

Ergothioneine

Hi...my purpose for porcini consumption is specifically because of its elevated level of Ergothioneine and other micronutrient content.
Thanks
