I had not tasted dried lion's mane mushrooms before. It took until the third bite to decide that I really like them. I wanted to try them because of their wonderful nutritional benefits, and I'm so glad I really enjoy them.

I’m familiar & can find my way cooking with shiitake and Maitake, but could use a paper reminder maybe for tips on preparing the lion’s mane and nameko, especially, completely new to me…thanks!
