Dried premium Porcini mushrooms

I love to have them on hand stored in a covered glass jar. I use a large bag throughout the year. It doesn’t take much to add a lot of good flavor to gravy, stews or marinaras. One of my favorites. They arrive clean & easy to use.

I’ve only had a little so far but they were very good

I had a simple, single-serve veggie soup recipe – vegan except for a recommended Parmesan rind in the soup and grated Parmesan. for serving. To make it vegan but to add some umami, I eliminated the cheese, rehydrated about 4 mushroom pieces in hot vegetable broth. When the other veggies were tender, I chopped up the mushrooms and added them, along with the broth, to the veggies. Very tasty!
