Our Forest Mushroom Blend contains equal parts shiitake, oyster, porcini and slippery jack (boletus luteus) mushrooms.
Currently available in bulk, starting at half a pound.
One pound of dried mushrooms rehydrates to an equivalent of about 8 to 10 pounds of fresh mushrooms.

Look for our fresh and dried mushrooms and spring greens in Minnesota and the Midwest at Coborn's, Cashwise, Cub Foods, Whole Foods Markets and Kowalski's Markets.
